keto coconut porridge
- 30 grams organic butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 pinch of psyllium husk
- 4 Tablespoons of coconut cream
- Pinch of salt
- Mix together all the ingredients in a non-stick saucepan over a low heat.
- Stir constantly until you achieve your desired texture.
- Serve with coconut milk or cream.
- Top your porridge with fresh or frozen berries (1/2 a cup max)
